Carers wiill be interviewed, DBS checked and references checked before undertaking employment.

Upon recieviing satisfactory DBS checks and references, carers will be appointed and then undertake an induction, enabling them to familarise themselves with our culture, aims, policies and procedures and philosophy of care.

We aim to ensure that clients have confidence in our staff and rely upon our services.

Carers will recieve regular training in all aspects of their work i.e.
