We continually educate and review our carers on your needs and compliance to ensure they are right on track to exceeding your service expectation.




All staff undergo a face-to-face interview, every applicant is subject to a thorough vetting procedure. This includes:



  • An enhanced level Criminal Records Bureau check (CRB/DBS)
  • Written references from a candidate’s previous two employers.
  •  Relevant experience knowledge or understanding of the role.
  • Verification of qualifications and training certificates
  • Verification of a candidate’s identity
  • Work permit status (if applicable)
  • Declaration of physical and mental fitness
  • Medical health
